Now that the official autumnal equinox has come and gone, it's time to say goodbye to summer.
Even though the sun is still shining hot and glorious during most days here in San Francisco, the hours of daylight are definitely dwindling.
Before I say goodbye to summer, here are a few snapshots from my weekend. There were homemade prize ribbons, contton candy, Ladies Adventure Club, and beautiful skies:
Goodbye Summer. Summers are always such a fun and carefree time that bring so much adventure and joy. This summer was obviously extra special for us.
I will always remember that during Summer 2012 I:
+ cherished the incredible impromptu bbqs we had in our backyard with our friends--the way the champagne never stopped flowing and the evening sky was always magical.
+ celebrated Tiff as she prepared and married her better half. :)
+ learned to love Kale, fish, and sweet potatoes.
+ lucked out by getting an awesome new boss who is caring and inspiring.
+ really improved my photoshop elements skills and made some key creative decisions about the future of this little blog (more soon).
+ celebrated my dear friend Kara's curated show Performing Community.
+ watched every single episode of Bones and starting West Wing.
+ went Rock Climbing by the ocean.
+ Felt alive, inspired, and hopeful; Felt grateful for dear family and friends; Felt loved and cared for; Felt ready for the seasons and adventures to come!
What will you remember from Summer 2012?
