Hi guys,
This is my final installment in my Not Merely Voting series. If you're just joining us, I'm reviewing all of the state propositions on the California ballot. Get caught up by reading Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 if you haven't yet. I'm getting my absentee ballot ready, and I'm planning to drop it in the mail tomorrow. Even though this series has been a very basic overview of the state propositions, I hope that it has inspired you to read up on the things on the ballot and get prepared to vote this election. It has definitely helped me to be better prepared to cast my vote.
If you're not a California voter, I hope that this post will still serve as a kick in the butt to start early and read your voter guide! I think that this resource: Ballotpedia is a helpful non-partisan place to start to find out about what propositions and candidates are on your state and local ballots. Check it out! Don't wait!
Here are the final two propositions on the ballot:
If you voting by absentee, make sure to put your ballot in the mail by tomorrow to ensure that it arrives by Tuesday.
I found the California Voter Guide and Ballotpedia.org to be extemely helpful, and I highly recommend you check them out!
