    Interesting using the steak cut as opposed to the fillet cut.

    I just had some fried catfish fillets and I’ve been looking for new ways to enjoy it. This one looks a little adventurous. I would try it but it seems a bit sweet for the evening. I’m more likely to enjoy something like that earlier in the day.
    The clay pot catfish looks more like what I would have around 6 or seven pm. A nice home made gravy, rice or another staple. Some steamed vegetables. It would be good.

    Hi Jenna! They were surprisingly tasty for dinner, and I didn't find them too sweet. You should try them sometime. I agree that with veggies and rice, it's the perfect dinner! You're so welcome. Thanks so much for reading. 🙂
