Here’s their recipe for Vietnamese clay pot catfish that we used to make this dish.
The only difference in our rendition was that we were making our meal for five instead of 2-4, so we essentially went with 1 catfish cut per person, and I pretty much tripled most of the other ingredients. We also don’t own a clay pot, so we just used our le creuset.
