    Oooh. I want to make all of these. Then I want to coat them in even more sugar and use my brulee torch on them! (I currently want to brulee everything…)

    haha! Yes! The first thing my husband said when they came out of the oven was, "Brulee!?" I need to get one of those torches!

    Hey Mere…do you have an oven thermometer? I had the same issue where my cooking times were never the same as recipes. I got an oven thermometer, and turns out my oven is always about 10 degrees cooler that what the dial says!! It’s helped so much. Apperently, you can have ovens calibrated to fix this…but who has time for that? 🙂
