Today I’m extremely excited to share with you the work of my dear friend, Diana Toledano. Diana is an incredible illustrator, and her work is so beautiful that each piece takes you to another world.
When I see her illustrations, they draw me back to the wandering imagination of my childhood. You can’t help but be drawn into her work regardless of whether she’s creating an abstract theme, building a world of characters, or just capturing a moment.
Click on the photo below to see the illustration on Diana’s website. You can purchase her work as prints or on iPhone cases, tote bags, pillows, and a lot more.
Don’t you love how magical Diana’s work is? About her own work she writes:
With my illustrations, I search for the fantastic within the ordinary. They serve to remind that although life may be incomprehensible at times, it’s precious and exciting too.
I love experimenting and playing with traditional techniques. I usually work with my hands and use the computer to do some final adjustments. I have an eye for detail and I really like patterns and textures.
I have so many of her prints on my wish list. I think her children’s illustrations would be an amazing edition to a nursery or kid’s room. I’m currently rocking the plant print shared above on my iPhone cover, and I get so many compliments on it all the time.
A huge thank you to Diana for letting me feature her work as a part of my Artfully Inspired series!
