So here’s the thing. My #100happydays project has finally come to an end, and I have to admit, I do feel happier. Now. As I mentioned in my 60-day recap, there are lot of amazing things going on in my life to be happy about.
In the last 100 days, I got promoted to a dream job, celebrated my 2nd wedding anniversary with the love of my life, joyfully experienced my 2nd trimester, and spent countless hours with my friends.
I didn’t make any plans when it came to these pictures. I snapped moments as they happen and tagged them as #100happydays without overthinking it. As I scroll through these pictures, I can’t help but smile at the memories. I am living a vivid and moving life, and this project helped me to capture beautiful mementos of that life.
A few of the reoccurring themes in my happy moments:
-my love, my person, the hubs
-my ladies, what would life be without them
-food, ice cream particularly it seems
-beautiful sights (smelling the visual roses if you will)
-making, with my own two hands
-preparing for the bean, our lives are changing and getting ready for our little one has given me so much joy
-documenting my pregnancy, one of my greatest happinesses (this blog is proof of that) is capturing the great moments of my life. That’s why I started this little blog, and that’s what I’ve loved the most about blogging.
Before this project, I had basically stopped instagramming regularly. This project helped to remind me how much I love documenting the moments.
Part of me wants to just start another #100happydays project immediately, but I think I’ll give it some time and think of other ways to keep this happy train moving.
Have you considered your own #100happydays project?
